About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive network engineering initiatives that enhance performance, reliability, and scalability across global environments.
- Deploy artificial intelligence capabilities to optimize network operations and improve service delivery.
- Develop and implement network automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Deliver network infrastructure projects on time, budget, and quality commitments.
- Ensure compliance with service management processes and technology governance standards.
- Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios within required timelines.
- Promote a safe, healthy workplace by adhering to health, safety, environmental, and security standards.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in network engineering, infrastructure operations, or enterprise network services.
- Strong understanding of network technologies, protocols, and connectivity solutions.
- Experience delivering network infrastructure projects within complex global environments.
- Knowledge of network automation tools and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence or advanced analytics to technology operations.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills across technical and business teams.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience supporting large-scale, global enterprise network environments.
- Relevant industry certifications in networking, automation, or cloud technologies.
