As HEOR Analyst, you will support International HEOR program directors and other senior HEOR colleagues in the execution of related activities and deliverables that demonstrate the value of Novartis brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of HE&OR activities that support product value demonstration and commercialisation, including pricing and reimbursement, under the guidance and mentoring of senior HEOR colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of HE&OR deliverables (e.g. core value dossiers, publications, slide decks, literature reviews, and inputs into core economic models), with appropriate review and coaching from experienced team members.
- Conduct targeted literature searches, data extraction, and evidence synthesis to support HEOR projects, with guidance on methodology, quality standards, and interpretation.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to HE&OR cross-functional interactions, including International Project Teams, International Clinical Teams, Brand Teams, and Value Demonstration Teams (e.g. meeting preparation, minutes, action tracking).
- Support project coordination and tracking activities to help reduce start-up time for HE&OR projects and enable senior colleagues to focus on strategic matters and stakeholder engagement.
- Build understanding of how HE&OR outputs align with broader Commercial and Market Access strategies through involvement in selected project discussions and mentoring from senior colleagues.
- Assist in the communication of research findings internally through clear, well-structured summaries, slides, and written materials, incorporating feedback from senior team members.
- Participate in on-the-job training and mentoring activities to develop knowledge of HEOR methodologies, market access processes, and internal ways of working.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks and proof-reading of assigned documents to meet defined quality standards.
- Maintain audit, SOP, and training compliance; proactively build knowledge of internal processes and HEOR methodologies.
Essential requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline, e.g. life sciences, pharmacy, economics, mathematics, statistics, public health.
- A postgraduate qualification, e.g. Masters in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, or a related pharmaceutical/medical data analytic field, is desirable but not essential.
- Minimum one year relevant experience, typically including an industrial placement / internship year in the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy, HTA agency, academic HEOR group, or related environment.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role:
Ireland : 34,860.00 - 64,740.00EUR Annual
The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
