As MSL Lead at Novartis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing field medical organization, leading talented Medical Science Liaisons, and driving impactful scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and medical experts. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Medical Science Liaison team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Drive high-quality scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and medical experts through the field team.
  • Champion evidence-based, compliant scientific exchange and medical education activities.
  • Gather and translate external insights into actionable medical and cross-functional strategies.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical Research, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and strengthen scientific partnerships with academic institutions, societies, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Foster a patient-focused, insight-driven culture that promotes performance, growth, and innovation.

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced scientific degree such as Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Philosophy, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a Medical Science Liaison or comparable field-based medical role.
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare systems, research, evidence generation, and medical governance.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and relationship-building capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 

  • Poland: PLN 289,500 – 537,600 

 

 

The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
