Stepping into this role means shaping how a global organization operates at its core. As Corporate Center Excellence and Enablement Lead, you will partner closely with senior leaders to bring strategy to life, drive operational excellence, and embed innovative, AI-enabled ways of working across the Novartis Corporate Center. This is a highly visible role where your ability to connect strategy with execution will directly impact performance, collaboration, and employee experience in a fast-evolving, global environment.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the Dublin site strategy and turn it into clear priorities, actions, and follow-through.
- Be a visible, in-office partner who builds trusted relationships across the site and keeps work connected.
- Run the site’s operational rhythm, track progress closely, solve issues early, and support the office move.
- Lead key site initiatives from idea to delivery, coordinating across functions in a practical, hands-on way.
- Partner closely with the NOCC Head and leadership team to turn strategy into practical execution.
- Champion how AI is used across the site to improve ways of working, decisions, and business outcomes.
- Work with IDA Ireland and the wider ecosystem on training, development, funding evidence, and operational excellence.
- Partner with Public Affairs and other stakeholders to strengthen the site’s visibility and external engagement.
- Bring together sustainability efforts across the site, working with the local green team and external ecosystem.
- Use strong internal communications, Novartis Hub updates, and simple metrics to keep people informed and aligned.
Essential Requirements
- Advanced degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Extensive operational experience in business, technology, or business services leadership within global organisations.
- Proven track record of leading organisational change and delivering large-scale transformations across operating models and technology.
- Experience working in complex, global and matrix environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership and people management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: € 85,820 to € 159,380
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
