About the Role
~ 在密切监督下,为预定义人群实施各种学习和能力建设流程(即:学习提名过程、员工定位和整合流程、员工调查)提供行政支持。
~ 处理和协调管理任务,以支持各种学习和能力建设解决方案、计划和计划的实施。
~ 提供后勤和行政协助,提供培训。
~ 协调 LMS (UP4Growth) 的管理,跟踪支持提供用户培训的用户查询。
~ 协调有关学习和能力建设问题的分析/研究,并准备相关报告。
~ 协助国家或业务单位一级的学习及能力建设项目。
~ 收到后 24 小时内报告与诺华产品相关的技术投诉/不良事件/特殊情况
