Summary

-To handle and coordinate all administrative Learning processes (e.g.: maintains and improves data accuracy in information systems, follows up employee inquiries and provides reliable information on basic Learning processes, participates in projects aimed at improving administrative processes, etc.) for a small client group.
-Coordinate microlearning and personalised learning support. Maintain LMS records and ensure data accuracy.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative support, under close supervision, in the implementation of various Learning and capability building processes (i.e: learning nomination process, staff orientation and integration process, employee surveys) for a predefined population.
  • Handle and coordinate administrative tasks to support the implementation of various Learning and capability building solutions, programs and initiatives.
  • Provide logistical and administrative assistance in the delivery of trainings.
  • Coordinate the administration of LMS (UP4Growth), following up users inquiries supporting the delivery of users’ trainings.
  • Coordinate analyzes/researches on Learning and capability building issues and prepare relevant reports.
  • Provide assistance to Learning and capability building projects at country or BU level.
  • Coordinate LMS administration tasks, support microlearning deployment, and assist in reporting and learner engagement activities.
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt 
  • Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
