About the Role
Location: Prague
#LI-Hybrid (12 days/month in office)
Key Accountabilities:
Platform Strategy & Enterprise Leadership
- Define and drive the strategic direction of AskNovartis from MVP through enterprise-scale deployment.
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization across domains, ensuring focus on high-value employee journeys.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term digital strategy.
Enterprise Program Delivery & Governance
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year program across multiple domains and delivery teams.
- Establish and run robust governance structures, including decision forums, escalation paths, and performance management.
- Ensure transparency on risks, dependencies, financials, and progress to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Management & Alignment
- Act as the primary interface to senior stakeholders across DD&IT, P&O, and Corporate Functions.
- Drive alignment, decision-making, and prioritization across competing needs and agendas.
- Build trust and credibility as a senior partner to business and technology leadership.
Service Transformation & Value Realization
- Drive transformation of services through automation, simplification, and improved user experience.
- Ensure measurable business value delivery, including efficiency gains, experience improvements, and reduced operational complexity.
- Embed value tracking and benefit realization into program execution.
Cross-functional Orchestration & Scaling
- Coordinate execution across internal teams and external partners.
- Manage complex interdependencies across platforms (e.g., service management, HR systems, AI platforms).
- Ensure scalable operating model and consistent execution as the platform expands across domains.
