Senior Analyst, Brand Medical Finance Enablement

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver Brand enablement deliverables as per agreed timeliness, accuracy, quality.
• Designs, develop and/or maintains data enablement solutions that optimizes Brand performance activities through varied variety of evolving infrastructure landscape.
• Support leads with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
• Crafts and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs.
• Participate and chip in in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function
• Ensures exemplary communication with all partners including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, important metrics, standard methodologies, staffing changes and key events.

Essential Requirements: 

• Novartis seeks an individual with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of brand enablement and brand data management. The candidate should foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Skills : Agility, cross-functional collaboration, learning agility, analytical mindset, data management, Data tools like DataIKU, SQL etc. Additionally, it's good to understand US commercial datasets.
• Exposure to US pharma datasets like APLD, SP, IQVIA Xponent, DDD, SMART, Affiliations, Promotional Activity, Veeva etc. 
• Previous knowledge and experience of pharma – life science industry is preferred Ability to co-create with key brand stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships. Experience in developing and coordinating project plans across design, development, and production stages to ensure successful delivery within defined KPIs. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including brand, technical, and analytics functions.
• Experience in project planning and delivery management through analytics-based solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills.Good learning agility & analytical mindset

Desirable Requirement

• Exposure to Python is preferred Awareness on methodologies to calculate key performance & execution KPIs to support Brand insights
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in data enablement role in preferably in US Pharma commercial area Familiarity with data tools like SQL, DataIKU, PowerBI, Python, Jira etc.
