About the Role:
To support the business within a country / countries with complex analysis, reporting, forecasts etc. Owns and onboards markets to new CoE solutions as they come together in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
About the Role
Key Requirements:
- Ensure the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business. Provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.
- Manage and provide financial analysis and decision-making support for a investment/project in a domain
- Owns and onboards markets to new CoE solutions as they come together with Process lead
- Maintains & Owns Market-specific master data changes (i.e. Org-Chart related changes) and is familiar with centrally driven changes
- Acts as an extended arm to markets and contributes to centrally driven initiatives
- Incl. End-2-End Delivery of CoE Agreed Processes to clusters of markets in harmonized way across Month-end Close as well as Planning and reporting activities
Essential Requirements:
- MBA degree from a premier institute/Chartered Accountant with excellent academic record
- Have at least 4-6 years of related BPA experience
Desirable Requirements:
- An open-minded person, curious to learn more and committed to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with strong analysis and communication skills, and ability to influence key stakeholders
