About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape brand strategy and tactical plans to accelerate growth, guided by insights and performance data.
- Develop integrated brand and launch team content; align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities and messages.
- Plan and deliver promotional activities in line with code of conduct and standard operating procedures.
- Own budget, forecasts and expenses; optimize marketing mix to improve cost effectiveness and results.
- Partner with Marketing and Medical to engage centers and key opinion leaders, uncovering market opportunities.
- Track product performance and external environment; propose corrective actions to meet business objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration or related fields.
- Pharmaceutical experience is a must.
- Experience in similar or related positions 3-5 years.
- Previous experience in marketing at least 2 years
- Experience with oncology/hematology areas.
- Advanced English and Spanish is a must.
