About the Role
Major Accountabilities
- Compliantly manage the in-scope training matrix
- Define system set-up and co-ordinate appropriate learning management system maintenance for all in-scope training requirements (courses, curricula, assignments etc) with the LMS administrators.
- Manage all in-scope reporting requirements.
- Communicate appropriately on availability of learning content, to support the curiosity and growth of NTOassociates
- Manage local learning events for the NTO Operations Hubs; support local learning events on in-scope sites

•Implementation of all training events within the NTO Operations Hub efficiently and effectively.
•Compliant management of the training matrix

- Demonstrated experience of working with IT tools; experience with learning management systems advantageous
- Knowledge of GxP requirements (esp. training and documentation)

Key to ensure compliance with the training Quality Management System
Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
Education: BSc in Life Sciences, Behavioural or Educational Sciences preferred
Languages: Fluent English (oral and written)
Additional languages beneficial
Experiences: Some knowledge of pharmaceutical production and GxP requirements beneficial
