Summary

Senior Manager, Data Integrations will lead delivery of scalable data pipelines and integration solutions that ensure seamless, accurate, and efficient data flow across platforms. The role requires strong technical expertise in ETL, integration frameworks, and data operations to support analytics, reporting, and enterprise data needs.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate brings strong experience in data integration, data engineering, and data operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space. The role requires collaboration, innovation, and a strong focus on data accuracy and operational excellence
  • Govern delivery of integration and data pipeline initiatives using integration best practices and design thinking.
  • Lead design, development, and optimization of ETL pipelines and API/middleware integrations for enterprise data consumption.
  • Drive improvements to reduce data latency, strengthen quality, and streamline cross‑system data flow.
  • Develop integration frameworks, documentation, and POVs to guide strategic capability development.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate data needs into clear integration requirements and execution roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, monitoring, and validation standards.
  • Troubleshoot pipeline failures and integration issues across ETL tools, APIs, and data platforms.
  • Communicate progress, risks, KPIs, and milestones with stakeholders clearly and consistently.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, IT
  • 9+ years of experience in data engineering/integration with strong ETL and data pipeline exposure.
  • Expertise in integration technologies, ETL/ELT patterns, and data quality practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, DataIKU, Snowflake, Databricks or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner across functional and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience integrating commercial, provider, or operational datasets within pharma/healthcare.
  • 5+ years leading technical or integration teams.

Desired Skills

  • Experience driving data‑driven decisions for senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and KPI monitoring for pipeline performance, data completeness, and timeliness.
