About the Role
主要职责:
根据广阔市场的销售目标任务,遴选合适的特定区域推广商,设定销售指标,推广商推广团队人数配置分析
与推广商进行推广协议谈判,完成协议签署并整体负责协议执行;
理解公司的业务重点和品牌战略,定期与推广商开展业务回顾及季度规划,并通过市场协访收集市场洞察并了解市场推广计划的实际执行情况
定期组织和监督推广商团队的培训,包括疾病产品知识,合规知识及不良事件相关的培训
熟知公司合规体系和要求,定期收集、整理并提交公司要求的合规文件,监督特定区域推广商的合规管理工作
有效执行中央市场和区域市场学术活动,积极整合内外部资源,通过跨部门高效协作,以满足广阔市场HCP的学术教育需求。
基本要求:
大学本科及以上学历
良好的英语听说读写能力
3年以上制药行业相关经验,1年以上管理经验
具备数据洞察和解决问题的能力,合规意识强
