About the Role
主要职责：
- 及时提供来自市场的高质量营销意见以提供支持，实施战术计划/项目以便最大限度地提升品牌在其生命周期管理期间的价值。
- 确保产品组合长期存在，按照战略目标进入医药市场。
- 确定最有效的细分市场，即最有希望的目标以宣传产品 ，研究有关公司产品的医疗和营销信息，以确定它们的优势、市场份额、相对于目标竞争产品系列的定位以及适用于已确定目标组的营销促销战略。 研究消费者的社会人口特征、需求、标准和态度，以及战略产品的消费模式。
- 为负责区域的产品制定供应和需求计划、创建周期计划 、实施和预测营业额。
- 制定和组织活动、创建新产品的报销和系统性实施的计划水平。
- 优先考虑资源和活动，实现卓越，并建立适当的流程和KPI，定期执行和跟踪、报告进度和见解，向相关关键利益相关者报告。保证客户营销团队采用相同的方法。 -支持市场总监编制年度预算和管理总投资的每月财务预

- 大学本科及以上学历, MBA优先
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
- 5年以上制药行业相关经验，2年以上管理经验
