About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape a global recruiting strategy that aligns long-term workforce needs with evolving business priorities.
  • Lead demand planning processes to ensure clear alignment between business needs and recruiting capacity.
  • Partner with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development to drive coordinated planning and insights.
  • Integrate emerging workforce trends to continuously evolve and future-proof the recruiting operating model.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and recruiting partners to strengthen global talent access strategies.
  • Drive strategic change initiatives through structured stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans.
  • Benchmark external market practices to enhance competitiveness and inform future recruiting capabilities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Significant experience leading recruitment strategy within an in-house talent acquisition team or recruitment agency.
  • Proven ability to design and implement long-term workforce and demand planning approaches.
  • Strong capability to translate business priorities into actionable recruiting strategies and operating models.
  • Experience driving enterprise-level change initiatives with effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated strength in analyzing external market trends to inform talent access strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions to integrate insights, planning, and strategic workforce needs.
