Kot Operativni vodja upravljanja naročil boste odgovorni za vodenje velike skupine vodij naročil in logistike ter koordinatorjev CMO in dobavne verige znotraj glavne pravne entitete Novartis Pharma AG. Spodbujali boste visoke standarde odličnosti ter zagotavljali razvojne priložnosti za vse člane ekipe. Odgovorni boste za upravljanje celostnega (E2E) procesa med kompleksnimi medpodjetniškimi (intercompany) in zunanjimi kupci ter ustreznimi dobavitelji za vse logistične zadeve, vključno s premiki materiala iz proizvodnih lokacij do medpodjetniških in zunanjih kupcev prek logističnih HUB-ov ali z neposrednimi pošiljkami, skladiščenjem, vsemi povezanimi vidiki skladnosti in mednarodne trgovine ter nabavo storitev tretjih ponudnikov. Upravljali boste dobave iz proizvodnih lokacij NTO Pharma na medpodjetniške trge in k zunanjim kupcem ter dobave znotraj proizvodnih lokacij NTO Pharma. Zagotavljali boste razpoložljivost ter stalno izboljševanje učinkovitih, uspešnih in visoko avtomatiziranih procesov z namenom doseganja visoke ravni storitev, stroškovne učinkovitosti, kakovosti in skladnosti.

As an Operational Lead Order Management, you will be responsible for leading a large group of Order & Logistic Managers and CMO & Supply chain coordinators within the principal entity Novartis Pharma AG, promoting high standards of excellence, and providing development opportunities to all team members. Managing E2E process between complex intercompany & third-party customers and respective suppliers to all logistics matters, including material movement from production sites to Intercompany & third-party customers via HUB or as direct shipments, warehousing, all related compliance & international trade aspects plus sourcing of third-party services from providers. Managing supplies from NTO Pharma manufacturing sites to Intercompany markets and Third-party customers and to NTO Pharma manufacturing sites. Ensuring availability and continuous improvement of effective, efficient and highly automated processes to achieve a high level of service, cost efficiency, quality and compliance.

About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
• Odgovornost za vodenje vodij naročil in logistike na najvišji ravni znotraj glavne pravne entitete Pharma AG, spodbujanje visokih standardov odličnosti ter zagotavljanje razvojnih priložnosti za vse člane ekipe
• Upravljanje medpodjetniških naročil med medpodjetniškimi trgi (> 50 pravnih subjektov) in proizvodnimi lokacijami (> 35 pravnih subjektov)
• Upravljanje dobav za zunanje (third‑party) kupce in kupce v procesu odprodaje
• Zagotavljanje razpoložljivosti ter stalnega izboljševanja učinkovitih, uspešnih in visoko avtomatiziranih procesov za doseganje visoke ravni storitev, stroškovne učinkovitosti, kakovosti in skladnosti
• Delovanje v skladu z zakonodajo, internimi pravili, dobrimi praksami in poslovnimi cilji
• Spodbujanje medfunkcijskega sodelovanja ter vzpostavljanje močnih odnosov znotraj NTO s sodelovalnim in proaktivnim (»can‑do«) pristopom
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
• Visoka izobrazba (zaželen magisterij) s področja upravljanja dobavne verige, poslovne administracije, IT, industrijskega inženiringa ali naravoslovnih ved (kemija, farmacija)
• Vsaj 10 let izkušenj na področju upravljanja dobavne verige na višjih vodstvenih pozicijah, prednostno v zdravstvu, industriji potrošniškega blaga, kemijski ali drugi procesni industriji
• 3–5 let izkušenj z vodenjem ekip oziroma upravljanjem ljudi
• Odlično poznavanje poslovnih procesov v farmacevtski industriji, vključno z reguliranimi področji, kot so Regulatory, GxP in SOX
• Medkulturne izkušnje ter sposobnost delovanja v kompleksnem, medfunkcijskem in globalnem okolju
• Poglobljene izkušnje in znanje dela s sistemom SAP (napredna raven)
• Dokazane izkušnje z vodenjem projektov
• Angleščina in slovenščina – tekoče v pisni in ustni obliki; znanje tretjega jezika je prednost

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for top of Order & Logistics Managers within the principal entity Pharma AG, promoting high standards of excellence and providing development opportunities to all team members
- Manage inter-company orders between intercompany markets (> 50 entities) and manufacturing sites (> 35 entities)
- Manage supplies to third party and divestment customers
- Ensure availability and continuous improvement of effective, efficient, and highly automated processes to achieve a high level of service, cost efficiency, quality and compliance
- Act in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices, and business objectives.
- Drive cross functional collaboration and build strong relationship within NTO with a collaborative and can-do attitude
Essential Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably master’s degree) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering or Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy)
- 10 years of supply chain management experience in a senior role preferably in Health Care, Consumer Goods, Chemical or other process industry
- 3-5 years of experience in leading a team resp. people management
- Excellent knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical industry, incl.-controlled areas such as Regulatory, GxP and SOX
- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex, cross functional and global environment
- Profound SAP experience and knowledge (advanced level)
- Proven Project Management experience
- English and Slovenian – fluent written and spoken. 3rd language a plus
