About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Analyze financial data and create financial content for decision support
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with US stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive budgets.
Reporting:
- Generate regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Develop and maintain reporting packages/dashboards and KPIs to provide ongoing visibility into business performance.
Strategic Support:
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Participate in strategic planning activities, including long-term financial planning
Collaboration:
- Work closely with FRA, US/HYD finance team’ and other teams to gather necessary financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for review meetings with senior management
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy. Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- MBA or Chartered Accountant
- 5 years of experience in Business planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Financial Modeling.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- String analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
