About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment strategy development globally in partnership with senior Research and Development leaders to meet business priorities.
- Guide global hiring managers and influence decisions through expert recruiting insights and market intelligence.
- Shape targeted talent approaches informed by business needs, market dynamics, and long‑term workforce plans.
- Develop, coach, and support a high‑performing Recruitment Business Partner team to deliver consistent, high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, ensuring strong candidate selection and adherence to global standards.
- Drive structured interview and assessment processes for senior roles to enable robust hiring decisions.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence across all recruitment systems and processes.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive recruitment experience within the pharmaceutical industry, supporting research and development divisions.
- Proven track record of leading global or regional teams in complex hiring environments.
- Demonstrated success driving senior‑level and critical hiring initiatives across diverse business areas.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into effective talent solutions.
- Substantiated ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide high‑impact hiring decisions.
- Experience coaching teams, fostering accountability, and building a culture focused on excellence.
- Deep commitment to inclusive recruitment practices and building diverse, high‑quality talent pipelines.
