Supply & Demand Analyst ( backfill for Demand Manager during LDC project )

Major accountabilities:

• Master Data: Perform local Material master data set up according to Novartis guidelines and in compliance with GxP environment. Be Subject Matter Expert in the assigned area of work.
• Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution: Responsible that all logistic processes are proceed in a timely, high quality, efficient and effective manner and in full compliance with all laws and supply chain management policies and procedures.
• Planning: Ensure Products availability in line with the approved sales forecast.
• Order Management: Intercompany order fulfilment according to predefined cooperation parameters with manufacturing sites ( MOQ, leadtimes )
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt

Key performance indicators:

• Service level, Forecast Accuracy, Months of coverage, Write-offs
• Standard Master Data KPIs e.g. Completeness, Consistency and Accuracy.
