Kot Projektni vodja upravljanja življenjske krivulje izdelka (m/ž/d) boste odgovorni za vodenje projektov v procesu življenjskega cikla določenega izdelka in zagotavljanje usklajenosti med globalnimi/regionalnimi in lokalnimi funkcijami. Ustrezna vzopstavitev in vodenje lokalnih in/ali globalnih medfunkcijskih timov, z namenom zagotavljanja optimalne realizacije strategije dodeljenga izdelka in realizacije ciljev v času izvajanja dejavnosti v okviru življenjskega cikla izdelka.

We are seeking a Life Cycle Manager (m/f/d). this role, you will be responsible for project lead during the Life Cycle of a given product and ensure the alignment with Global / regional functions. Set up and lead local and / or global cross-functional teams to ensure optimal realization of product strategies and ensure NTO objectives can be reached during ongoing life-cycle activities.

About the Role

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

  • Predstavnik lokacije v medfunkcijskih projektnih timih, ki jih vodijo globalne/regionalne funkcije, npr. transferiranje izdelkov, tim za upravljanje programov, ki zagotavlja usklajenost vseh dejavnosti na ravni lokacije.
  • Vzpostavljanje in vodenje lokalnih in/ali globalnih medfunkcijskih projektnih timov, s čimer se zagotavlja čas za trženje (time to market)/izvajanje vseh aktivnosti, ki potekajo v okviru življenjskega cikla.
  • Skrb za ocenjevanje in opredelitev obsega ter ciljev projektov, razen če jih vodi lokalni/globalni tim.
  • Nudenje podpore pri zagotavljanju poročil/posodobitev za lažje sprejemanje odločitev uprave o dejavnostih glede življenjskega cikla.
  • Vodenje medfunkcijskih projektnih timov.
  • Skupaj z vsemi odgovornimi deležniki iniciiranje in koordinacija strategije za predložitev in izvajanje (npr. regulativa, načrtovanje) v začetni fazi v skladu s strategijo , razen če jo vodi globalna/regionalna funkcija.
  • V okviru predložitve in izvajanja strategije je treba skrbeti za dogovor o strategiji zahteve za spremembe in zagotoviti, da se zahteve za spremembe, ki so povezane s projektom, ustrezno vzdržujejo, kot to zahtevajo postopki.
  • Iniciiranje in koordinacija strategije za matične podatke v začetni fazi skupaj z MDG/LCI, s čimer se zagotovi zgodnje modeliranje matičnih podatkov za vse projekte v okviru življenjskega cikla.

Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:

  • Univerzitetna stopnja izobrazbe naravoslovnotehnične ali ekonomskodružboslovne smeri.
  • Minimalno 3 leta izkušenj, od teh 2 leti na različnih funkcijah v farmaciji, npr.oskrba/proizvodnja in/ali tehnični razvoj.
  • Prednost predstavlja izkušnje iz projektnega vodenja, idealno v medfunkcionalnem projektu.
  • Prilagodljivost za delo v hitrem in hitro spreminjajočem se delovnem okolju.
  • Odlične komunikacijske spretnosti.
  • Tekoče pisno in ustno znanje angleščine.
  • Napredno poznavanje Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Represent the site in cross-functional project teams led from global / regional functions, e.g. Product Transfers, Program Management Teams to ensure the coordination of all activities at site level.
  • Setup and lead local and/or global cross-functional project teams to ensure time to market / implementation of all on-going life-cycle activities.
  • Drive the Evaluation, and define the scope and objectives of projects unless a local / global team is in the lead.
  • Support preparation of reports/updates, to facilitate Management decision-making on life cycle activities.
  • Managing of the cross-functional project teams.
  • Initiate and coordinate the submission and implementation strategy with all responsible stakeholders (e.g. Regulatory, Planning) during initiation phase in alignment with the NTO strategy unless in the lead of a global/regional function.
  • As part of the submission and implementation strategy drive the agreement on the change request strategy and ensure that the project related change requests in the corresponding change control system are maintained in an adequate status as required by the processes.
  • Initiate and coordinate establishment of the master data strategy during initiation phase together with MDG / LCI to ensure an early master data modelling for all Life Cycle Projects.

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in natural & technical sciences or economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years’ experience in various pharmaceutical functions e.g. supply chain / production and / or technical development.
  • Advantage knowledge in Project Management, ideally in a cross-functional project.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced, quickly changing work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
