Do you want to contribute to the implementation of projects within the product lifecycle? As a Product Lifecycle Management Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and coordinate with project managers to ensure the timely implementation of lifecycle projects such as launches, changes, transfers, and divestments. Your role plays an important part in ensuring patients around the world have access to medicines — join us and co-create innovations that change lives.

About the Role

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

  • Aktivno sodelovanje pri projektih sprememb življenjskega cikla izdelkov ter zagotavljanje pravilne napovedi v ustreznih orodjih.
  • Izvajanje spremembe življenjskega cikla izdelkov z namenom zagotavljanja skladne in pravočasne oskrbe z zdravili ustrezne kakovosti (lansiranja, prenosi, spremembe ipd.) na trgih in proizvodnih lokacijah.
  • Usklajevanje aktivnosti s trgi in proizvodnimi lokacijami, za zagotavljanje pripravljenosti in skladnosti izdelka s časovnimi roki.
  • Skrb za točnost napovedi in načrtov oskrbe, povezanih s spremembami življenjskega cikla izdelkov.
  • Spremljanje regulatornih odobritev in napredka implementacije ter proaktivno reševanje ali izpostavljanje morebitne težave.

Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:

  • Visokošolska stopnja izobrazbe naravoslovne tehnične ali ekonomske smeri.
  • Aktivno znanje angleškega jezika.
  • Zaželeno 2 leti delovnih izkušenj.
  • Sposobnost samostojnega dela ter izkazovanja iniciativnosti in prilagodljivosti skozi učinkovito sodelovanje.
  • Dobre organizacijske sposobnosti ter sposobnost upravljanja več nalog hkrati.
  • Podatkovna pismenost – usposobljenost za uporabo digitalnih orodij, razumevanje podatkovne analitike in poznavanje nastajajočih tehnologij.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participates in product lifecycle change projects and ensures accurate forecasting in relevant tools.
  • Executes product lifecycle changes to ensure compliant and timely supply of high‑quality medicines (launches, transfers, changes, etc.) to markets and manufacturing sites.
  • Coordinates activities with markets and manufacturing sites to secure product readiness and compliance with timelines.
  • Ensures accuracy of forecasts and supply plans related to product lifecycle changes.
  • Monitors regulatory approvals and implementation progress, proactively resolving or escalating potential issues.

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in a natural sciences, technical field, or economics.
  • Proficient knowledge of English.
  • Preferred: 2 years of work experience.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and adaptability through effective collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Data literacy — proficiency in using digital tools, understanding data analytics, and familiarity with emerging technologies.
