Summary
This role is responsible for architecting the structure and governance of data across key domains of the RLT (Radio Ligand Therapy) Supply Chain, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Planning, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Artwork.
It ensures that data and its supporting frameworks are designed and integrated to enable operational readiness, long-term sustainability, and continuous improvement.
A central objective is to establish a robust data architecture that supports the application of advanced analytics—such as machine learning and AI—to transform data into actionable insights.
These insights empower Supply Chain Leadership to make informed decisions, enhance execution excellence, and deliver tangible outcomes such as improved forecast accuracy across short-, mid-, and long-term planning horizons, scenario planning capabilities for supply and demand balancing, enhanced visibility and traceability across lifecycle and artwork operations, streamlined governance and ownership clarity across interconnected domains.

About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- Design and maintain the overarching data architecture supporting RLT Supply Chain domains.
- Define governance models ensuring data integrity, ownership clarity, and lifecycle traceability.
- Establish scalable frameworks that support future growth and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Lead the integration of data structures to enable seamless coordination across business functions.
- Support transformation programs by aligning architectural decisions with strategic priorities.
- Enable adoption of advanced analytics by building foundations for machine learning and AI.
- Monitor and report on data and systems/tools performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development of digital enablers that enhance visibility, traceability, and efficiency across the data and systems landscape.
- Support the evolution of the organizational model ensuring its strategic positioning and contribution to transformation initiatives.
- Anchor technological factors in business decisions taken within RLT Supply Chain, ensuring its contribution to transformation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with business needs.
Essential requirements:
- Degree in supply chain management, Data Governance, Business Process Management, or a related field.
- Solid experience in roles related to data governance, process integration or cross-functional coordination within a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to lead transversal initiatives across planning, lifecycle management and operational domain.
- Experience in supporting transformation programs and organizational evolution.
- Proven people management skills.
- Fluent in English.
