You will play a key role in advancing oncology care in Perú by shaping strategy, driving brand performance, and translating field insights into meaningful actions. As Product Manager – Oncology, you will collaborate across medical, commercial, and regulatory teams to deliver compliant promotional initiatives, strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, and identify new opportunities through market analysis. You’ll oversee forecasting, budgeting, and brand execution to ensure sustainable growth and product availability, contributing directly to better outcomes for patients.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution and tracking of tactical brand plans to ensure sustained growth and market impact.
- Develop compliant promotional activities aligned with internal standards and the Novartis Code of Conduct.
- Analyze market performance and insights to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate with medical and marketing teams to optimize initiatives and support disease-area priorities.
- Strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals to gather insights and support brand objectives.
- Monitor external environment and product performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Health Sciences; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, including proven experience in Oncology and ideally Prostate Cancer.
- Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze markets, forecast demand, and manage budgets to drive brand performance.
- Demonstrated collaboration with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver compliant initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a rigorous, data-driven and accuracy-focused approach to stakeholder engagement.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience designing and executing omnichannel campaigns and digital engagement strategies in specialty care.
- Familiarity with Patient Oriented Programs (POP) governance and local regulatory requirements in Perú, ensuring transparent, compliant execution.
