Shape the future of healthcare engagement. As a Portfolio Engagement Lead, you’ll design and execute innovative strategies that connect non-TA brands with customers through field and digital channels. Your work will drive brand performance, foster collaboration, and create meaningful impact for patients.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tactical brand plans to drive growth and engagement across non-TA portfolios.
- Develop and implement promotional activities aligned with compliance and internal guidelines.
- Monitor brand performance and market trends, taking corrective actions when needed.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.
- Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions and data analysis.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Medical and other teams to maximize impact.
- Scout canters, key opinion leaders, and influencers within assigned territory.
- Tailor engagement strategies to patient segments and disease-specific needs.
- Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints and adverse events.
- Support distribution of marketing samples and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in commercial activation in healthcare or other industries.
- University degree in a relevant area.
- Strong project management skills with timely delivery of initiatives.
- Ability to analyse market trends and turn insights into strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with customer focus.
- Budget management and cost-effective marketing execution.
- Fluency in English and Slovak/Czech, written and spoken.
