About the Role
Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the overall data and analytics roadmap in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of data and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of data and analytics tools and platforms in collaboration with DDIT
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance data literacy and analytical skills across the organization.
- Comply with the data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data and analytics initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with DDIT, data science, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of data and analytics solutions.
Essential Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management in a healthcare setting.
- 10+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level, including addressing complex business challenges and shaping organizational roadmap particularly in therapeutic areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on leadership and enablement.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
