Before she joined Novartis in 2017, she led Medicines for Europe advocacy as Head of Governmental Affairs, coordinating the association’s strategy and outreach to European stakeholders. Julie holds a post-graduate degree in European public policies from Science Po Strasbourg (FR) and the University of Wroclaw (PL), a master degree in political science and a master in history from the Universities of Strasbourg (FR) and Leiden (NL). Originally from Strasbourg, Julie lives in Brussels, is married and has a son.
