About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and lead the strategic and operational agenda for global value dossiers and plans within the HEOR BSI group (e.g., global value dossiers, HTA dossiers, integrated evidence, HTAP and other plans), ensuring alignment with Int' HEOR & HTA LT, TAs and project teams.
- Lead and develop a team of 5–15 associates in HEOR & HTA Dossiers & Plans, building capabilities in value communication, dossier and submission writing, identify and give trainings, providing mentoring and coaching across teams to reinforce WoW.
- Develop and support of global value dossier, national/regional HTA dossiers, and planning strategies to support HTA, and other access stakeholder assessments, submissions, and negotiations, including associated value/HTA deliverables and publications to meet business and access objectives. Provide when needed strategic, methodological, and analytical leadership to teams and countries for adaptation of global value dossiers for national HTA submissions.
- In partnership with Int' HEOR Directors establish and maintain systems and processes to proactively capture key HTA and payer requirements across major markets, using these insights to inform and prioritize dossier development and plans in line with business needs, resources, and impact.
- Identify and prioritize value communication and access planning needs (including early value narratives, and scenario planning) to inform value propositions, clinical development plans, pricing strategies, commercial forecasts, and access negotiations. Support Int' HEOR TAs to identify and prioritize dossier, submission and other plans needed to inform IPAS, HTAP, IEPs, and BOW.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring and tracking KPIs for the assigned business, leveraging data platforms, analytics, and reporting to enable continuous improvement in the operational execution and strategic impact of global value dossier and HTA submission activities.
- In alignment with Int HEOR & HTA LT, ensure optimal deployment of resources and strong people management, including resource planning, hiring, performance management, talent development, and succession planning, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, scientific rigor, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and readiness for all dossier, submission, and planning activities by adhering to processes, guidelines, SOPs, and project management standards, and by partnering with NVS stakeholders to co-design and evolve V&A processes, guidelines, and SOPs
Minimum Requirements:
- Post-graduate degree (master's or PhD) in relevant discipline (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)
- Pharmaceutical domain knowledge MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point)
- 10-12 years conducting PA (PMA / HEOR / EM) research / activities for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing an analytics) Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently ·
- Proven leadership (people management and project management). Delivery of KPI targets for the team in line with IVA HEOR KPIs
