Major Accountabilities
PMO Responsibilities:
- Project Governance & Methodologies: Developing and enforcing project management standards inline with the best practices
- Resource Management: Planning, allocating, and managing resources across multiple projects to ensure efficient use and conflict resolution.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensuring that projects are being delivered in alignment with the project’s overall goals and deliver value.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making for project success.
- Capacity Planning: Performing strategic capacity planning at the portfolio level to optimize resource utilization.
- Coordination & Communication: Coordinating with project managers and teams, and facilitating communication across projects and stakeholders.
Data Stewardship:
- Data Quality and Integrity : Enforcing data quality rules, Resolving data issues, validating data,
- Data Governance and Compliance: Implementing Governance Policies, Enforcing Business rules, Managing Regulatory Compliance
- Metadata Management: Defining Business terms, Documenting Metadata, Enhancing data discovery
