~ 报告并解释分析结果并提出建议,支持建立与组织战略一致的奖励计划
~ 支持人员成本预算流程和控制。
~ 维护准确高效的每日奖励流程,以支持专门的客户群。
~ 为国家或 BU 级别的奖励项目做出贡献。
~ 收到后 24 小时内报告与诺华产品相关的技术投诉/不良事件/特殊情况
~ 营销样本的分发(适用)
~ 临时或定期分析作业和规范,并支持指定客户组的工作评估过程。
