Summary
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Deliver competitive and cost-effective Rewards practices for a small client group or process.
- Provide data/analysis for surveys, benchmarking, and market trends to support decisions.
- Support implementation of comp/benefits programs, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
- Analyze market/internal data; interpret results; recommend pay adjustments.
- Contribute to budgeting/control for personnel costs.
- Maintain accurate daily Rewards and recognition processes for client needs.
- Administer benefits programs where applicable.
- Participate in country/BU projects, providing subject matter input.
- Support job evaluation and role analysis as required.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
Key performance indicators:
- Rewards processes delivered on time with the right level of quality and end user experience
- Adherence to Rewards governance and controls
