The Marketing Analyst for the Rare Renal Business Unit at Novartis will play a pivotal role in driving strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for key brands. This position involves planning and executing multichannel campaigns, managing major events and congresses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and deliver impactful results. The role requires strong analytical skills to generate insights from market data, leadership through influence, and the ability to manage relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will bring pharmaceutical marketing experience, advanced English proficiency, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on innovation and excellence in a dynamic environment.

At Novartis, our commitment is to reimagine medicine. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s brand strategies, contributing to the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives aligned with product life cycles and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Marketing team in developing and implementing the brand’s strategic and tactical plan;
  • Execute promotional campaigns, multichannel engagement actions, and events focused on physicians and stakeholders;
  • Manage and define the execution of national and international congresses, large-scale national events, promotional materials, and field force promotional events;
  • Co-create field force training to improve engagement and objection handling;
  • Collect and analyze market, competitor, and brand performance data, providing insights to optimize actions;
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, suppliers, and internal areas (Regulatory, Sales, Digital, Legal);
  • Ensure compliance of actions with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations;
  • Contribute to planning and budget control for the brands under your responsibility;
  • Exercise indirect leadership and influence with internal stakeholders such as field force and district managers.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Pharmacy, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Proactivity, agility, and organization are essential;
  • Advanced English (required for reading materials, emails, and meetings with global stakeholders);
  • Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset;
  • Sense of urgency, adaptability, and commitment.

Differentials

  • Experience in product launches in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Experience in the rare disease market;
  • Ability to analyze market data (IQVIA, Close-Up, etc.).
