About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure appropriate identification/association of MEs/Key Accounts including finding opportunities to
engage MEs when a medical need is identified, to provide support.
• Develop ME engagement plans to optimally prioritize. and engage strategically to the MEs in line with
the country's strategy.
• Respond to unsolicited ME information requests.
• Inform and form the medical strategy by taking impactful knowledge of MEs Assist Novartis clinical
research programs, optimize trial execution, and provide scientific informative support to study potential
and actual sites in collaboration with clinical operations.
• Facilitate the process of Trials Initiated by Investig. (IIT) at the request of an investigator.
• Serve as a medical resource. for the area of disease and training. in compounds/products for
colleagues in the field matrix
• Notification of technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products
within 24 hours of receipt.
Essential Requirements
• University degree in life science is mandatory, physician (MD) is desirable
• Proven experience in similar roles, preferably working in the pharmaceutical industry with Hematology products (at least 3 years of experience)
• Proficient in English & Spanish
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic mindset / agile learning / strong communication skills
• Availability to do up to 70% of field work
