Kot Vodja za odnose z zaposlenimi boste odgovorni za vodenje področja odnosov z zaposlenimi in razvijanje strategije na tem področju za Novartis v Sloveniji. Odgovorni boste za vzdrževanje pozitivnega delovnega okolja in zagotavljanje poštene obravnave sodelavcev v sodelovanju z operativnimi vodji. Delovanje skladno z zakonodajo, internimi predpisi, dobrimi praksami in poslovnimi cilji. Skrb za vodenje in razvoj sodelavcev.

We are seeking a Employee Relations Lead to be responsible for leading employee relations area and developing countrywide ER strategy for Novartis in Slovenia. About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Odgovornost za vodenje področja odnosov z zaposlenimi in razvoj celovite strategije na omenjenem področju.
- Odgovornost za zastopanje tem s področja odnosov z zaposlenimi znotraj Kadrov in pred vodstvom Novartisa na lokalni ravni.
- Vodja za odnose z zaposlenimi je kontaktna oseba za Kadre v državi za različne teme povezane s področjem odnosov z zaposlenimi, različnimi kadrovskimi politikami in pravnimi vprašanji.
- Odgovornost za vsa pogajanja s socialnimi partnerji na ravni podjetja v državi in določanje strategije pogajanj.
- Uvedba in usklajevanje pregledov kadrovskih politik, pogodb o zaposlitvi ter drugih dokumentov z delovnega področja z
- namenom zagotavljanja skladnosti.
- Biti zaupanja vredna kontaktna oseba in pogajalski partner za socialne partnerje.
- Aktivno sodelovanje pri ustvarjanju, pregledovanju in usklajevanju pogajanj glede kolektivne pogodbe.
- Izvajanje pregledov oz. raziskav v primeru poročanja o nezaželenem oziroma neprimernem vedenju (Speak Up/Spregovori) na področju odnosov z zaposlenimi.
- Odgovornost za zastopanje Slovenije v globalni skupnosti za odnose z zaposlenimi.
- Odgovornost za spodbujanje pozitivnih in pravičnih odnosov z zaposlenimi, z aktivno udeležbo v globalni skupnosti predstavnikov odnosov z zaposlenimi.
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Univerzitetna izobrazba družboslovne smeri ali drugega ustreznega področja
- Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika
- Poznavanje orodja Microsoft Office
- Minimalno 5 let delovnih izkušenj na kadrovskem ali pravnem področju oziroma druge ustrezne delovne izkušnje

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Employee relations area and developing the countrywide ER strategy.
- Representing and being responsible for countrywide ER topics in the Novartis Country P&O Team and Country Leadership Team.
- Being the direct contact person for the Novartis Country P&O team for various topics related to ER, P&O policies and legal issues.
- Responsibility for all negotiations with employee representatives at the company level in the country and determining the negotiation strategy.
- Initiating and coordinating reviews of P&O policies, employment contracts and other labour related templates to ensure compliance.
- Being a trusted contact and negotiation partner for employee representatives.
- Taking active part in creating, reviewing, and negotiating collective agreements.
- Conducting Speak-Up cases in the area of Employee Relations.
- Responsibility for representing Slovenia in the Global ER community.
- Promoting positive Employee Relations through active participation in the global ER Champions network.
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in social science or other relevant discipline
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or Legal filed or other relevant experience
