About the Role
~ ビジネスの専用エリア内でBPA戦略ゴールの運営変換に関してダイレクト・マネージャーをサポートする。
~ 直接マネージャーと一緒に財務活動、意思決定、一般プロジェクトをサポートする。
~ 分析や報告を提供し、特に提供したデータの正確性、適合性、即時性を強調する。
~ 進行中のビジネスパフォーマンスを適切に監視、測定を確実に行い、ビジネスパートナーとのリソースの再方向付けに対する早期警告を行う。
~ ビジネスチームが提供するデータの完全性を確保し、付加価値を提供する;予測精度を改善するためのアドバイスを提供する。
~ 既存のマネージメントレポーティングプロセスや定義の向上と合理化をサポートをし、リーン・プロセスの実行を行う。
~ 正確な情報収集をサポートするために、ビジネスの他エリアとのビジネス提携（FRA、マーケティング、セールス、サプライチェーン、他機能）を調整する。
~ ビジネスケースの提案と収益性の追跡、年間予算編成、ローリング予測/最新の見通し、戦略的計画プロセスをサポートおよび改善します。
~ 受領後24時間以内にノバルティス製品に関連する技術的苦情/有害事象/特殊事例の報告
~ マーケティングサンプルの配布(該当する場合)
