Odgovornost za podporo ekipi za upravljanje talentov v zgodnji fazi razvoja (EC, CoE) pri zagotavljanju talentov, vodenja in sposobnosti pri preoblikovanja medicine. Odgovornost za izboljševanje učinkovitosti upravljanja talentov v celotnem Novartisu in za izvajanje globalne usmeritve za zgodnji razvoj kariere talentov in praks, da bi ustvarili trajnostni vir talentov v zgodnjem razvoju, ki podpirajo dolgoročno rast družbe.

Responsible for supporting the central Early Career (EC) Talent Management CoE team in ensuring that Novartis has the talent, leadership, and skills to deliver on the aim of reimagining medicine. The role maximizes the impact of the talent management across Novartis by supporting the execution of the global early career framework and practices to create a sustainable pipeline of early in career talent who fuel Novartis HQ long-term growth.
Working in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices and business objectives.

About the Role

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • Sodelovanje z vodjo talentov in razvoja pri podpori strateške vizije zgodnjih karier.
  • Odgovornost za ugotavljanje vrzeli v znanju in spretnostih za uspešnost v prihodnosti ter opredelitev ciljnega obsega ukrepov za zgodnjo fazo razvoja talentov v tesnem sodelovanju s ključnimi kadrovskimi partnerji (P&O) in poslovnimi funkcijami.
  • Sodelovanje s P&O CoE in P&O BP pri oblikovanju prednostnih intervencij, usklajenih z vrzelmi v znanju in spretnostih za uspešnost v prihodnosti, ter zagotavljanje dosledne uporabe vseh izkušenj v začetku življenjskega cikla kariere.
  • Zagotavljanje vpogleda v začetek razvoja talentov za soustvarjanje strateškega načrtovanja delovne sile.
  • Odnosi z univerzami: Razumeti trenutna partnerstva in obstoječe odnose z univerzami ter opredeliti dodatne cilje za sodelovanje z univerzami/institucijami. Opredeliti in predlagati načrt sodelovanja z izbranimi univerzami/institucijami.
  • Gospodarske/znanstvene/vladne ustanove: Sodelovanje z oddelkom za Odnose z javnostmi in Komuniciranje z namenom razumevanja trenutnih partnerstev/obstoječih dogovorov v družbi: opredelitev dodatnih ciljnih institucij in predlaganje načrta sodelovanja.
  • Študentska združenja: Razumeti trenutna partnerstva in obstoječa partnerstva / dogovore v organizaciji. Opredelitev dodatnih ciljnih združenj in predlaganje načrta sodelovanja.
  • Pregled zunanjih tržnih podatkov in zagotovitev kakovosti podatkov za poročanje in spremljanje ključnih kazalnikov uspešnosti v zgodnji fazi razvoja talentov.
  • Usklajevanje globalnega okvira EVP za začetek kariernih poti z načrti za komuniciranje in vključevanje.
  • Izražanje dolgoročnih, v prihodnost usmerjenih potreb po zgodnji fazi razvoja talentov na podlagi podatkov o Strateško načrtovanje delovne sile glede potreb po znanjih in spretnostih, zunanjih primerjalnih meril; uskladitev začetnih ugotovitvev z vodstvom.
  • Razumevanje širine poslovanja; na podlagi podatkov in opredeljenih skupnih potreb ter oblikovanje in izvajanje pristopa za sodelovanje s strateškimi partnerji / izbranimi institucijami z visokim mednarodnim pomenom.
  • Oblikovanje in izvajanje učinkovitih intervencij v zgodnji fazi razvoja talentov kot kariernih programov, v sodelovanju z globalnimi Kadri (P&O), vodstvom lokacij / enot v skladu z ekipo za upravljanje talentov (Talent Management CoE).
  • Izvajanje in upoštevanje vseh navodil in zahtev za zagotavljanje varnega dela, varovanja okolja in premoženja.

Ključne zahteve:

  • Univerzitetna stopnja izobrazbe naravoslovne ali družboslovne smeri.
  • Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika, zaželeno znanje nemščine.
  • Poznavanje orodja Microsoft Office.
  • Minimalno 5 let let izkušenj z izvajanjem zgodnjih kariernih intervencij v globalni matrični organizaciji, po možnosti v proizvodnem okolju.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to identify future skills gaps and define a targeted scope for Early Career interventions in close collaboration with critical P&O partners and Unit Learning Council.
  • Partner with P&O CoEs and P&O BP to design prioritized interventions aligned to future skills gaps, ensuring full Early Career Lifecycle Experience is applied consistently.
  • Provide Early Careers insights to inform Strategic Workforce planning strategy.
  • University Relationships: Understand current partnerships and existing university relations and define additional target universities/institutions. Define and propose an engagement plan with selected universities/institutions.
  • Industry/Scientific/Governmental Institutions: Partner with Public Relations and Communication to understand current partnerships/agreements existing within Novartis: Define additional target institutions and propose an engagement plan.
  • Student Associations: Understand current partnerships and existing agreements within the organization. Define additional target associations and propose an engagement plan.
  • Build external market data and ensure data quality for reporting and tracking of Early Career KPIs.
  • Align global Early Careers EVP framework to communication & engagement plans.
  • Articulate long-term, future focused early career needs based on strategic workforce planning data on skill needs, external benchmarks, vet initial findings with business leaders.
  • Understand the landscape, identify common skill needs based on data, and design and execute an approach to elevate few institutions of high, international relevance to become strategic partners.
  • Build and execute few, yet impactful early career interventions, as signature programs in close collaboration with the Global P&O teams, TechOps Site LTs, NOCCs in alignment with the Talent Management CoE.
  • Providing conditions for and control of the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit.

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in Natural or Social Sciences.
  • Fluent in English, German desired.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executing Early Career interventions in a global matrix organization, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
