About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer requirements within agreed service level agreements using structured project management
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
- Manage projects to achieve on-time delivery within stipulated deadlines
- Support creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures
- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories with qualitative and quantitative insights
- Participate actively in knowledge sharing sessions across teams
- Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special cases within 24 hours
- Coordinate distribution of marketing samples where applicable
- Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management and execution
- Strong background in project management with structured methodologies
- Hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects effectively
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing and strategic marketing practices
- Strong communication skills with ability to create clear documentation
- Fluency in English
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and analytics
- Background in email marketing campaigns and media planning in healthcare
