About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Consulting: Serve as a creative consultant, translating stakeholder needs into tangible, innovative learning solutions. You’ll be a true partner, able to envision and articulate what success looks like for every ask.
  • Learning Asset Development: Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and Learning Solutions teams as well as stakeholders to create innovative learning experiences, integrating technology, multimedia elements, and pedagogical strategies. You’ll be expected to deeply understand learning design and experience, recognizing how AI is revolutionizing the field.
  • Strategic Execution: Be a strategic thinker and executor, driving initiatives from concept to launch and ensuring flawless execution. You’ll proactively seek clarity on launch dates and execution plans, ensuring every project is delivered with impact. Support the deployment of learning solutions, including publishing within learning technology ecosystems and virtual classroom production where required.
  • Multimedia Integration: Develop and incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, and interactive content to enhance learner engagement and comprehension. ​
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust to deliver best-in-class learning experiences.
  • Project Management & Impact: Demonstrate strong project management skills, coordinating boards and cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact.
  • Optimism & Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Learning Engineers with optimism and resilience, inspiring your team and stakeholders to embrace change and pursue excellence.
  • Data Analysis, Research & Improve: Collect and analyse learning data to inform design decisions and improve learning interventions. Implement a continuous improvement process, utilizing feedback loops to refine learning solutions. Apply findings from learning sciences research to develop evidence-based educational practices.
  • Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams, including instructional designers, multimedia designers, software developers, and subject matter experts, to ensure cohesive learning solutions.
  • Technological Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and integrate emerging technologies into educational solutions, ensuring continuous innovation and relevance in learning experiences.

Essential ​Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Business, Marketing & Branding or a related field.
  • Creative consulting experience with the ability to influence and partner collaboratively in cross functional teams
  • Project management and change management skills with KPI measurement for impact.
  • Proven experience in leading a team to design and implement educational technologies or instructional materials, with a focus on multimedia integration.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, educational software development, and multimedia design software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong focus on the learning experience – creative design for impact and best user experience.
