Summary

Are you a proactive and motivated graduate in life sciences eager to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry?

This position offers the opportunity to get closer to patients and the market while developing deep technical expertise in pharmaceutical products manufactured at Novartis Pharma Stein AG, while actively interacting with key functions such as Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Logistics.

About the Role

Location: Stein, Switzerland #LI-Hybrid

This Postgraduate internship is limited up to 1 year with the opportunity to start immediately.

Please note that we can only accept applicants who are eligible to work in Switzerland. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the managing technical complaints by driving the manufacturing investigation, supporting Site’s Subject Matter Experts and definition of precautionary measures
  • Support continuous improvement of our activities, procedures and knowledge as well as experience sharing inside and outside the Manufacturing Site
  • Support the preparation of Health Authority responses
  • Administration of and communication with our stakeholders outside Novartis
  • Administration of product samples delivered back from our customers for technical investigation

Essential Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology or another related science
  • Languages: German (spoken and written), English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Initial experience with working in a pharmaceutical company is a plus
  • Self-reliant
  • Open-minded, reliable, independent w/o issues integrating in a team
