About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Innovative mindset to enhance and accelerate a data driven culture.
- Deep knowledge of Data Visualization tools and or techniques to display data through interactive data visualization, multiple dimension views, animation, and auto focus.
- Deep understanding and experience working with different data reporting tools and capability to provide a comprehensive assessment and overall evaluation of reporting deliverables.
- Strong ability to lead and develop high performing teams
- Strong ability to influence and build effective relationships with key customers/stakeholders and be comfortable using both logic and creative thinking to solve diverse business problems
Key performance indicators:
- - Good customer satisfaction scores - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders / projects - Delivery on time
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Experience in leading leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong experience in providing comprehensive assessment and overall evaluation of reporting deliverables
- Strong experience designing and sustaining high performing data teams through agile (and other) methodologies/frameworks
- Strong experience to support BUs in identifying business trends and quality decision making in business cases, portfolio/launches, and competitive activities
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, resourceful and solution oriented
- Understanding of the healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to secure integrity and compliance of local business initiatives, regulations and guidelines.
Skills:
- Data modeling tools. (Alteryx or DataIku)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Hybrid methodology (agile + waterfall)
- Analytical Thinking.
