Summary

This role is responsible for Novartis wide compliance management activities, processes, and programs as it relates to the responsibilities of the Ethics, Risk & Compliance functions. This role plays a key role in project coordination and super-user support to users to ensure Novartis’ compliance with laws, regulations, guidance, industry standards, and ERC policies, thereby protecting Novartis and its employees. The role is part of the operations team managing various projects, their transitions to support the compliance officers with access to information for tracking adherence to policies as laid out by the concerned ERC function.

About the Role

Super User Support pertaining to policy compliance tools- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Subject matter expert in compliance domain with relevant accreditations/ certifications relevant to compliance/ regulatory systems.
•Actively engage in external and internal Compliance networks to identify emerging trends in the market, regulatory environment and business practices and to share best-practices to help drive continuous evolution. Managerial understanding of the tools/process and analytical concepts to make effective business decisions
•Provides business partnering, project coordination, solution designing and change management. Drive collaboration and the discussions with the Business, IT Teams or third-party vendors.
•Collaborate with the global stakeholders across NOCCs and compliance functions to ensure fulfilment of deliverables according to business needs. Accountable for operational executions of their projects and facilitate change via technology or continuous improvement. ensure quality control (QC) checks for the assigned projects/deliverable to meet Client expectations.

Drive collaboration and the discussions with the Business, IT Teams or third-party vendors.
•Provide subject matter expertise, support and consultation to team members to ensure effective knowledge sharing and high-quality deliverables
•Ensure consistently high level of client satisfaction through effective management of Client demand and execution of client-specific solutions. Attention to detail to ensure error-free delivery of complex time-bound activities for the stakeholders
•Provide update on the delivery progress to the Clients, and related team members. Follows and tracks key deliverable and milestones for assigned projects.

  

 

Essential Requirements: 
•5+ years of experience in super-user support and systems compliance management
•Compliance System Manangement

Experience in a deadline-based project coordination
•Excellent communication skills
•Familiarity of working in with business operations environment 

Desirable Requirements: 
•Pharma experience is of benefit
