Business Consultant - Graduate

As a Business Consultant - Graduate within the Business Transformation Solution teams, you would become part of our global network of Novartis consultants located in Prague, Dublin, Hyderabad, Mexico City, Kuala Lumpur and East Hanover.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in projects and operational tasks. You'll work closely with experienced professionals and chip in to the success of global strategic programs and projects at Novartis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of global strategic programs or smaller projects: You'll work closely with guide consultants to support program and project delivery by conducting research, analyzing data, and giving to project plans
• Supporting program objectives and challenges: You'll help solve a wide range of program objectives and challenges, from target operating model design to mergers and acquisitions, by providing your expertise in operational excellence initiatives, data and digital projects, and more.
• Facilitating management updates and workshops: You'll play a supporting role in organizing and facilitating regular management updates and workshops, which includes preparing materials, planning logistics, and documenting key discussions and outcomes
• Enhancing effective collaboration among teams: You'll be proactive in driving effective collaboration among project teams by organizing meetings, fostering open communication, and facilitating knowledge sharing to maintain a cohesive and efficient working environment.
• Supplying to continuous improvement and innovation: You'll actively chip in to the continuous improvement and innovation of internal services by participating in critical initiatives, sharing insights and ideas, collaborating with different groups, and chipping in to the development of methodologies and standard processes.
• In addition, you'll have the opportunity to rotate in three different departments (Consulting, Program Management & PMO, and Business Process Excellence), gaining valuable experience and developing your skills in various aspects of project management, problem-solving, partner management, operational excellence, and collaboration.

Essential Requirements

• Completed degree in a business, scientific, or technical area.
• Advanced English skills..
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work in a multi-functional, business change environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and contributing to the team culture and learning.
• Interest in solving business problems.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning and project execution is a plus.

Desirable requirements:

• Knowledge of a second European language is advantageous.
