About the Role:

The Global Process Owner for Source-to-Contract (S2C) is responsible for standardizing and improving procurement processes. This includes implementing policies, defining key indicators, using technology, and aligning abilities with requirements. The role involves collaborating with collaborators to drive end-to-end performance improvement and ensure process quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end S2C process across Procurement, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Process Owner.
- Develop and govern a global process design with defined controls.
- Define important metrics to measure process effectiveness.
- Simplify and standardize the S2C process, considering local and regional requirements.
- Lead procurement improvement projects using an agile approach.
- Align with partners to complete end-to-end processes and drive compliance.
- Monitor critical metrics, benchmark performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the process in relevant programs and forums.
- Lead the Process Excellence team, drive performance reviews, and support team development.
- Handle relationships with Procurement towers and drive quality improvements.
- Support issue resolution and partner concern.
- Find opportunities for continuous improvement and inspire change management.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

- Master’s Degree or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Scientific field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement in procurement.
- Subject matter expertise or significant procurement operations experience.
- Strong background in operational excellence, business analysis, and change management.
- Analytical, process-oriented, and data-driven attitude.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse partners.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Requirements:
- Pharma experience
