DDIT US&I PEAT Team is looking for an IT Product Lead for Advanced Therapies. This role involves defining and executing a dynamic roadmap. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in measuring the Adoption of RLT IT Products. This position will collaborate as well with Global CX Marketing and Customer Engagement Product Teams to ensure a seamless global perspective and support needed regional Stakeholder management.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive forward thinking and innovation within business to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting mindset together with other IT functions.
• Accountable for Program, project & product delivery to the business Partner with Business 1/3 to drive Business transformation Programs enabled by technology, co-own transformation outcomes.
• Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Programs, Projects, Products. Improve the 'ease of engagement' with IT for the Business.
• Support the business to understand their choices to manage technology costs. Key business partner for business continuity. Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions.
• Contribute to the definition of the operational objectives and medium-term planning according to the long-term plans established by the IT strategy. Articulate the local market business strategy and customer experience.
• Understands and contributes to the Product vision and roadmap with the Product Line Lead and Business Product Owner. Identify and prioritize features to be delivered through the Product Backlog.
• Ensure that the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed. Collaborate with the Scrum Master on a regular basis.

Role Requirements
• Experience with CRM and Web CMS.
• Experience with IT Projects in International Landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in English (oral & written)
• Strong cross functional leadership, Process management, Strategy Development, Operations Management and Execution Project Management.
• Solid Experience in IT/Technical Product Management within an Enterprise level organization.
• Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry, Relationship Management, Leveraging digital technology / big data, Multi-national global experience, Interactions with senior management, Influencing without authority, Collaborating across boundaries.
• Experience Required with Web CMS (Drupal), Salesforce or equivalent platforms a plus
