About the Role
Location : #L1 Hybrid
Responsible for holistic IT Service Information, Process and Quality Compliance along with continual service improvement and governance of information, training, qualification and access management processes across Network & DC Services.
Lead the relationship and engagement with the eCompliance and ISCS(ISRM) teams as well as Network & DC Services teams delivering compliance solutions to Network & DC Services. Govern the quality, compliance and audit readiness of processes and information delivered by Network & DC Services.
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
• Own and drive continuous improvement of access management, document management, record management, training management, knowledge management, system lifecycle management and qualification management processes globally for Network & DC Services
• Deliver optimized and if possible, automate process solutions to ensure Network & DC Services compliancy to IMF.
• Drive adherence with security, quality and compliance standards as well as documented operational procedures related to Network & DC Services and delivery of associated corrective service actions.
• Identify compliance gaps and in cooperation with ISCS(ISRM) and eCompliance teams deliver solutions aligned with business strategy, business objectives, business requirements, standards and regulations in the area of responsibility.
• Deliver an effective service information model and optimize the service information to include value-adding content while minimizing the maintenance requirements and training demand
• Deliver a flexible and compliant access management model in collaboration with ISCS(ISRM) IAM teams and continuously monitor correctness and compliance.
• Act as liaison for Network & DC Services to ITSM tool owners supporting changes and improvements required to maintain compliance and improve operational excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain Network & DC Services' service object structures and their correct ownership and relationships in CMDB to reflect real service organization.
