About the Role

Contribute to create consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation. Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope

• Support with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), DDIT Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions and services wherever applicable. Additional specification required for testing.

• Develop business knowledge of patient support programs in US to suggest improvement and new solutions to improve patient experience and patient support center's efficiencies.

• Work with third party business vendors in implementing PSP projects and be the Novartis IT point of contact for vendors and business teams.

• Provide consulting to US PSP team during project implementation and ongoing services.

• Participate in UAT with vendor and business to ensure systems are working within Novartis ecosystem.

Role Requirements

• University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business or similar OR relevant experience.

• 5 years working experience within the healthcare systems, Relationship Management, leveraging digital technology. Integration and data mapping.

• Multi-national global experience, Interactions with senior management, influencing without authority, Collaborating across boundaries,

• Requirements Definition & Management, Analytical Thinking and Financial Modeling, Proactive thinking, Effective Communication.

• Knowledge of project management models and techniques.

• Developing and delivering presentations.

• Salesforce.com or web portal/development or integration is a plus'

• English fluent
