About the Role
Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support to GM and Leadership Team.
• Filing, copying, telephone, meeting room administration
• Managing initial incoming and outgoing communications and office documents.
• Organizing the reception of visitors, calls the employees to the reception room at the visitors’ request.
• Works with internal and foreign courier services, sending outgoing correspondence in Ukraine and abroad.
• Cooperating with services agencies: ordering hotels, tickets, transfers etc;
• Working in different internals systems SRM (SC, PO); creation vendors in the CIM

Role Requirements
• University degree;
• Excellent Ukrainian and English skills, both written and verbal;
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in international companies;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Result orientation; accountability
• Attention to detail and ability to learn things quickly;
• Ability to work both – independently and within the team;
• Open-mindedness and self-confidence
