About the Role
Role Title: Product Operations Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Role Purpose:
• RX is driven to maximize the impact and value to Biomedical Research of software and data, to deliver powerful, functional, beautiful, and integrated software solutions that create a frictionless user experience. In this role the candidate is supposed to build and apply excellence in product and data management to foster Novartis drug discovery.
• Responsible for scientific data analysis, applications, architecture, support, system engineering, etc. The individual typically designs or works with informatics solutions specifically for Research.
• The role requires expertise in Informatics and/or Informatics Systems with a good knowledge of Research.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Broadly experienced specialists managing a small unit OR project. May be responsible for managing others.
• Leads/co‐leads novel projects within the team and mentors and inspires others to solve problems.
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
• Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer science, engineering or information technology discipline.
Experience
• 8+ yrs experience with software support or software development · Proven experience as a team player.
• Experience with Agile software development · Effective communication skills ·
• Experience in a drug discovery or scientific research setting preferred.
