Summary
About the Role
- Contribute to the development of a country/regional Learning strategy.
- Implement and adapt global Learning strategy in country organization.
- Provide counsel, recommendations and expertise to managers and line clients, including Senior Management.
- Select, implement and manage effective and efficient organization wide processes and initiatives aimed at building organizational capability.
- Design, develop and facilitate Learning and capability building interventions -Manage various Learning and capability building projects.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
- Head of the learning function for a complex company (e.g. a country with large turnover or an organization with several countries – TechOps website, global function or similar) and supporting the Development of solutions that guide -and employee skills in line with business objectives and improve strategic goals.
