About the Role
We are seeking a Data Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for china data service management, meet our business data needs through service-oriented process and techniques to improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities：
• Responsible for holistic China data service management, with continual service improvement and data operational governance.
• Ensure CN all data products services are delivered to the agreed SLA and KPI
• Manage the lifecycle of data products incidents, requests and oversee problem management and drive data products root causes analysis.
• Provide day-to-day product support, guidance and insights to real-time quality/compliance issues & escalations.
• Own process simplifications and improvement areas to efficiently deliver stable business data services.
• Contribute both internal and external audits across China data products.
• Responsible for two speed IT deliverables in data service area.
• Ensure adherence to documented operational procedures to maintain DDIT process integrity.

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or information technology discipline.
• 5-10 years’ experience in IT data application management/operation domain.
• Business fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Good analytical, problem-solving, data analysis and visualization skills.
• Hands on experience in cloud-based data analytics products development and operation.
Desirable Requirements:
• Agile, Productization and DevOps practices
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or information technology discipline.
