About the Role
We are seeking a Data Solution Delivery Expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for being the primary point of contact in DDIT USI China data team, engage and identify shared priorities and meet our business needs through problem-solving techniques to improve China data driving use case outcomes.
Key Responsibilities：
• Taking end to end responsibility for DDIT USI CN data and analytics product delivery.
• Organized to align with global data product, data solution architect to match the right strategic capabilities and to build excellence in data products.
• Data projects are effectively managed, ensuring them to be on time, within budget and expected quality level.
• Support full USI CN data product lifecycle, from ideation to decommissioning.
• Enhancing data products technologies and operations to continues improve USI CN business data and analytics capabilities.
• Responsible for all day-to-day business interactions for data solution delivery and operations
• Accountable for the decisions for resource and work allocation, vendor contracts and ways of working to ensure measurable flow of work.
• Delivery in compliance and regulations
• Exploring the cutting age technologies for advance analytics, artificial intelligence to empower business efficiency and automation.
• Work hand in hand with global and business teams on data governance.

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or information technology discipline.
• Strong record in Big Data, Data Management, Data Analytics, PowerBI, AIGC and Cloud Services.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on design, implementation experience in IT delivery.
• Data delivery capability for a large enterprise data management includes, data catalog, metadata, master data, data governance, data quality and data operations.
• A proven track record in working with high performing information technology global teams.
• Business fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Desirable Requirements:
• Agile, Productization and DevOps practices
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
